Omakase, meaning "I leave it to you," is a quiet tradition of trust between guest and host. Let us guide you through the rich, delicate complexity of Japanese green tea. Through a sensory progression of Gyokuro, Sencha, and Matcha, you will explore how a single leaf tells different stories of its heritage: the deep, quiet umami of Gyokuro, the bright versatility of Sencha, and the striking, grounded intensity of Matcha. This journey will also guide you to discover the patient craft behind Japanese tea, what defines true quality, and how the preparation itself profoundly transforms the taste.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellations and modifications are available up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations or changes made between 24 and 12 hours prior are subject to a 50% retention fee. Cancellations, modifications, or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable (100% fee).
